There are different rates for individual, couples, families, specialized services, and Non-US clients.

Fees will be discussed during Consult.   

 There are a variety of names associated with Telehealth services.  

Let’s just simplify it. It is a virtual/online counseling. No need to complicate things right? 

• Telehealth is provided through interactive “real time” technology.
• Telehealth is an effective source that is helpful to those who may experience barriers getting to  a physical location. 
• Telehealth services is individually based, and can be determined by the licensed professional if the client could benefit from the services.

 Your session is completely confidential. Sessions are conducted through a HIPPA compliant portal that is designed to secure you and your information. You will be granted a personalized link that grants your access to me. This link is your responsibility to keep safe. There are steps that you are required to take, once you decide you want to proceed with online therapy, which will be explained during the initial session along with a signature to consent. Please ensure that you are in a comfortable location with internet access.  

*There will be additional guidelines for younger children and family members who wish to be considered for virtual therapy. 

At our initial session, we will explore areas of concerns and information that may help us decide what the primary focus will be, in addition to learning whether we want to continue scheduled sessions. It is important for you to be comfortable with me and your needs and concerns are always taken into consideration. You may hear the term intake or assessment, which often means the initial session.

Usually, sessions are held weekly. More than one session a week will be determined if the need is appropriate, which both the client and therapist will review collectively. Sessions can last up to 50 minutes.

Yes, there are alternative services provided for your particular need (i.e Talk Therapy, Creative Play.etc..). I will be happy to discuss additional services during your scheduled consult.  

  Begin Again Counseling and Consultation Firm, LLC, takes pride in serving you. If there are any issues, we ask that you contact the owner, April L. Coley at beginagaincounselingcfirm@gmail.com to address all concerns. Please note that a full payment is required prior to the scheduled consultation, to ensure your slot is secured. The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. You have one week to satisfy the invoice in full before the initial invoice is cancelled. Once the invoice is satisfied in full, you will receive a link, based on a created account on your behalf. (please be sure to check spam and/or junk folder.) You will have 14 days to complete the desired paperwork and secure an appointment time, beginning the date, the account is created on your behalf. Failure to complete the desired paperwork and secure your appointment slot, will also forfeit your consultation payment and one will have to go through the consultation process again, if you exceed 14 days.
